Shipping & Return


If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. You will be responsible paying your own shipping costs.

*The following conditions will void any refund
• Partially completed diamond paintings
• Fully completed diamond paintings
• Custom kits


Please contact us at and place the word RETURN in the subject line. Include the following information:

• Your order number – found on your confirmation email
• Name of the person who placed the order
• The email address was used to complete your order
• Photo proof of purchase and condition

A CCAD Admin will respond to your email within 24-48 hours.

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.

Returns are processed during normal business hours M-F, 7am-5pm EST
Upon receipt of your package, you will receive an email confirming receipt that your return has received.
Your return will be inspected to make sure item(s) are unopened and in their original condition.
A refund is issued if the item has been received in proper, resaleable condition and a notification of your credit will be sent to you. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.
If your item(s) fail inspection, we will inform you of our decision. If you would like the item shipped back, it will be at your expense.


To cancel your order, please contact and include the following:

• Your order number – found on your order confirmation email
• Your name or the name of the person who placed the order
• The email address you used to complete your order

Orders must be canceled within 24 hours. If you order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel. We will however accept a return at your expense and once received in good condition, a credit will apply.
