Joyce Lapp has live in Delaware nearly all her life. She has a studio where she not only sells her work but also paints murals for residents and businesses throughout the country. She also teaches workshops and private lessons. Joyce has been painting for over 30 years and has been blessed with a talent that only comes from the Lord.
